Stephen M. Feldman

 Steve was the editor of the Michigan Tax Lawyer and is a past Chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Section. He has lectured before many groups on estate planning, tax planning and IRS controversy work. Steve has been an adjunct professor at the Walsh College. He also has been in “Super Lawyers” for three consecutive years.

Steve was admitted to the practice of law in Michigan in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor (with honors) from the University of Detroit School of Law and his Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member: Business Law Section, Taxation Section; Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section) and is also a member of the American Bar Association (Member: Tax Section).

Steve is listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Pre-Eminent lawyers that have earned the AV Peer Review Rating. This demonstrates that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence, demonstrating that he has practiced law for many years and is recognized by his peers for the highest level of skill and integrity.
